I'm back and will be resuming my usual classes Wednesday and Friday!
Also, this Sunday I'll be doing a Yoga for Runners workshop organized by a group of runners! It's aimed at people training for the upcoming Dili 10-k, half-marathon and marathon, but could be useful for all runners or cyclists. There are still a few spaces left so if you are interested, get in touch!
