Finally! The long awaited Saturday workshop schedule. The workshops will take place at the Alola Foundation, from 9am to noon. The workshops will have limited class sizes, so if you are interested, sign up soon! Price is $15 per person or $40 for any 3.

|20 Feb||Yoga for Women's Health||Explore the feminine side of yoga! Learn modifications for different times in your cycle, and poses that can help to reduce menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms.|
