Reiki in Dili, Pilates is Back, Schedule for Feb

Hi everyone,

I have posted a link to the lovely Aleyda Santos' new site Aleyda is a 3rd level reiki teacher offering workshops and therapeutic treatments to the folks in Dili.

She is offering a 3-hour reiki introduction workshop on 30th January from 9-12 (sadly the same time as our backbending workshop so I can't attend!!) and also has two Level-1 reiki courses coming up, starting on 6 Feb and 6 March.

I love that our holistic community in Dili continues to grow! On that note, those of you who are committed to your core will be excited to know that Colleen is back in Dili and her pilates (and ballet) classes are back on! Check out her blog for her schedule of classes.

Finally, Tanya is back in town so she will resume her Monday classes, and I will continue teaching Wednesdays and Fridays, 6:15 at the Alola Foundation!

Now offering private/group classes!

Too busy to attend the drop-in classes? Find them too hot and crowded? One-size-fits all classes not your style of Yoga?

To help people in Dili deal with some of these issues, I'm not offering one-on-one or small group (up to 6 people) classes. Get one-on-one adjustments and advice for your practice, try new poses, or create the foundations for a personal Yoga practice. Get a Yoga class that goes at your own pace and helps you focus on areas of the body that you would like to work on.

Classes for one or two people can be held at my home, or I can come to you! Classes for up to 6 people can be held at a location of your choice or at the well-appointed space at PhysioTherapy Timor, opposite Leader store. Rates start at $30 for a one-hour private lesson and can vary depending on duration and group size. Saturday Workshop Schedule!

Finally! The long awaited Saturday workshop schedule. The workshops will take place at the Alola Foundation, from 9am to noon. The workshops will have limited class sizes, so if you are interested, sign up soon! Price is $15 per person or $40 for any 3.
