Happy New Year!

Happy new year everyone and best wishes for 2010!

I hope it will be a great year for Yoga in Dili, with a few exciting things in the works. Stay tuned in January for some weekend yoga workshops, including several introduction to yoga sessions as well as some in-depth sessions to help you go deeper into tricky poses like hip-openers, backbends and inversions!

Starting next week classes will be back on 3 times a week! You can view this post to check out class levels and durations. For the first 2 weeks of January I will be teaching all classes, and Tanya will be back on Mondays from mid-January.

Namaste everyone!

Bree is Back! December classes

Hello yogis!!

After a long absence, I am back in town - and here to stay, even over the Christmas holidays.

As we count down to the end of 2009, Dili yoga will continue as always! For the next two weeks classes will run as usual, and then as we get to the holiday period we may cancel some classes depending on how many people are left in town. January we will start right back up again and in addition I'm hoping to hold some mini-workshops on weekends for those people who want to go a bit deeper into their practice.

So, a huge thanks to Blossom for teaching while I was away, and hope to see you all Wednesday or Friday!

Oh, and in case you need to, you can check out the class descriptions for Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes in this post.

Namaste and see you soon!
~Bree.
