August Schedule

Hi everyone,

Well, I am on my way out of Dili for nearly a month, and I will miss our Dili Yoga. But enough about me, because your Yoga will go on!

Here is the schedule for the last week of July and the first few weeks of August. All classes start 6:15 @ the Alola foundation and please: be respectful - be on time!
  • Week of 27 - 31 July and again week of 3 - 7 Aug Sarah will be teaching all classes.
  • Week of 10 - 14 Aug, and 17-21 Aug, Tanya will be teaching Mondays and Sarah will be teaching Wednesday and Fridays.
  • Week starting 24 Aug Tanya will be teaching on Monday, and Bree will be back and hopefully teaching either Wednesday or Friday that week.
Remember: Monday class is all levels, Wednesday is all levels but good fitness and some Yoga experience will be helpful, and Friday is a gentle class suitable for beginners or those recovering from an injury.

Hi Bree,

I'll be arriving in Dili at the end of September to start a new job. I'm so overjoyed to hear that there is a thriving yoga community in Dili. Yoga has been an extremely important part of my life for the last year or so and I'm so happy I will be able to practice with others in Dili.

I'm looking forward to it!
