Monday 15 June...

... Bree will be teaching, since Tanya will be away that week.

Also, since many of you ask me, here is a link to a website with lots of Yoga and holistic activity listings in Bali (mainly Ubud and Seminyak): www.balispirit.com.

Two studios I can recommend are the Yoga Barn in Ubud (drop-in classes daily, private classes on request), you can see their schedule on the above website, and Desa Seni in Seminyak: www.desaseni.com (Yoga twice daily, free for guests, small fee for drop-ins. Also, the food is stupendous!)

Finally, if you are interested in deepening your Yoga experience, check out www.balispirit.com/yoga/yoga_retreats_workshops.html for a list of workshops in Bali this year. Workshops are a great way to focus on your Yoga, have access to individual teaching, and take your practice to a whole new level.

Namaste!

Bree and Tanya,

Namaste! I am an Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher, who also teaches Restorative yoga and yoga for Kids. I am thinking of moving to Dili...do you know of any opportunities for a yoga teacher or would you guys be interested in having another yogini on board?!

Let me know your thoughts.

Peace

bex
